Young Democrat of the Year pt. 2
If the Young Democrats of Illinois or Young Democrats of Cook County presented an annual or biennial award for the Young Democrat of the Year, what consideration should candidates be given? What crietrion should we use to judge a recipient? Also, should the award be titled? I like the idea of giving it a name. So, rack your brains and get back to me. I will list some notable Illinois Democrats and you guys give me your feedback.DECEASED
